Our company’s founder, Karl Krogstad, began this venture in 2008 with nearly 25 years of experience in the fields of Landscape Architecture and Planning. As a respected member of the building and development community, Karl has developed a clear understanding of the natural systems and construction techniques that influence good design. As a vital member of the project team, he works closely with engineers, architects and other allied professionals, to provide an integrated design solution. He has the practical experience and knowledge to bring a design through its various stages, from municipal approvals and permitting, to bidding, installation and inspection.

Karl is an Illinois Registered Landscape Architect, a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP), and has received several design awards from the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, and the American Society of Landscape Architects.
